SMC 2635W & D-Link 614+ Wireless Issues

Hi;

I have a D-Link 614+ wireless rotuer. I’m trying to get my SMC 2635W EZ Connect Cardbus Adapter to work with it, but I keep on getting D-Link to defaulting to 192.168.0.x network, but the EZ Connect defaulting to 192.168.2.x network. This means I can’t get an IP hence connection for my SMC on the Windows ME notebook. What am I missing here? I’ve already got another adapter (D-link DWL650+ to work with this router without any problems). The D-link is connected to cable modem.
