sms bus controller question

I have a yellow question mark next to this device in the device manager and I noticed this when I could not get my wireless connection to work. The wireless adaptor is fine but it won’t enable. can the issue with the sms bus controller be causing my network problem or is it totally unrelated. Thanks!
