i would like to create my own SMS gateway in my company so i need some suggestion, so far i contacted

PageGate

the senario is:
a rule in this gateway will covert an email to sms, for example if a message is sent to a specific mail ID the system forward this message to sms and send it to a specific phone number related to this mail ID
