SMS remote tool notification

in SMS I have put a tick in ask user for permission before remote control of their PC. I would like to know if there is a way of having a message pop saying “an administrator is about to take over your pc.” Then it allows the administrator to remotecontrol the pc with out the user having to click yes or no.
