Hi guys

I keep getting this message when sending external internet mail. I am running MS exchange on Server 2003.

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient’s email server. Please contact your system administrator.

I am using ADSL internet, therfore my IP is not static. Do I need to register with a smart host/relay server? Please help?
