SMTP incoming failure

Hi,

Exchange server 2003, cannot recieve incoming SMTP mail, outgoing is ok,

DNS is ok, firewall ok

keep getting error messages from mail log that storage is a problem, exchanged/smtp server showing no storage problems

any ideas?
