smtp queue

On a 2000 server running Exchange 2000 my smpt queue is filling and no outgoing messages will depart.

The Exchange management console doesn’t help even when a “Force Connection” button is used

It was working fine, and then stopped.

Incoming POP3 works fine, and inside the office mail works fine. It just won’t send outside anymore.
