SNMP Problem

I’m using MRTG to graph network and CPU utilization for my Windows 2000 Servers. On two of the servers, the OID for the CPU seems to be changing after a reboot. It stays the same for the other servers. Has anyone else seen this? Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.
