snmp.exe – Entry Point Not Found

I have this error message every time the NT server is being boot-up. This error message will pop out at the Logon Screen.

” The procedure entry point SnmpSvcGetEnterprise0ID could not be located in the dynamic link library snmpapi.dll”

Any idea why and how to solve this problem?
