SNMPUTIL Error: errorStatus=2…

I installed SNMP Performance Counters on NT4 server as described at: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q139/4/88.asp.

The counters work fine until we start our Kodak-Eastman Imaging admin software. After the software is running I use the test included in the link above (SNMPUTIL get public
.iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.microsoft.software.1.3.1.1.1.1.0) and get the error:
SNMPUTIL Error: errorStatus=2, errorIndex=1

Has anyone encountered this error before? Know what it means?
