Software Deployment

My company is looking for a program to package and deploy software. We are looking for a program that can make both msi’s (easily) and exe’s. Or two seperate programs.

I am recommending Installrite for exes. It is free and works all of the time. However, I don’t have a program for msi’s.

Does anyone have a good program I could use for msi’s (or a better one for exes)?

All 3000 of our computers have XP professional SP2. We are running Server 2003.
