Software Install For Only One User on Network

Hi, I have a small business network (server with four workstations) and one workstation on the network needs a program installed on it. This is a Vista machine. But I only want this user to have it, not the entire network or other user on this particular station. I have admin rights to both the system and network, but this user does not. Is there anyway I can get it to just install for them to use w/o granting them admin rights?
