software installs on nt wkstn 40

How do I install software for multiple users to ahve access on an nt wkstn. Microsoft products are fine and everyone can use with one install. Other software – example Print Shop appears that it must be installed each time for each user. HELP! There must be a better way so all users on PC can use under one install.
