I’m an IT guy that’s starting my own business as a consultant. I have many customers along with a few products and services that I offer. I’m looking for a more organized way of doing business.
I do service calls too, so tracking time, milage and whatnot is helpful as well.
I’ve had a hard time finding exactly what I need, thus is why I’m here.
I am looking for a CRM/ERP (whatever) application that meets the following requirements:
– Web Based (Linux) Hosted Server
– MySQL
– Customer Database
– Creation of Invoices (possibly with PDF output)
– Can catalogue products/services offered
– Customer can log in to place order, check account, pay outstanding invoice (through paypal or google checkout).
– Email customer invoices

[Comment] I’ve tried Vtiger, but the new version won’t install right and run correctly on my web server. But if anyone has any pointers, I’d appreciate the info.
Like I said, I’ve looked around quite a bit and haven’t come up with the perfect option.
I would like for the application to be opensource or completely free, but I don’t have a problem with paying for the ideal application.
I do have a google apps account, so if something recommended could intigrate with that… that would be cool too.
