Some Computers are not connecting to LAN

I’ve about 20 computers at an internetcafe which were connected to a linksys switch & were working fine. Today one of the AC was dripping water on that switch, So some Computers stopped working. Now the thing is let’s say I’ve port no 4 on the switch is working when I interchange with port 5 which is not working, no 5 works & no 4 has stopped wokring which means there is nothing wrong with the cables. After that I replaced that switch with a new switch, I still have the same problem. Could you please tell me what other possible reasons why it’s not connecting ??

PS it’s a server based network, We configured the ips manually.
