Some of my files are corrupt in MS Exchange Server.

Hello friends. I’m in doubt whether I’m at right place or not.
Need to tell you my backup file of MS Exchange server has been corrupted. Now I can say that I lost all my mails, exchange streaming media files, exchange database files and everything. I came to know about the corruption yesterday. Should I lose all hope or is there anyone who can help in this critical situation?
