Some XP User Accounts Won’t Log Onto I.E. after Router Install

I’ve just installed a Belkin wireless router. One of the 3 user accounts in XP can get on the internet no problem. Also the 2 laptops can get on using the wireless connection. BUT.. the 2 other XP user accounts cannot find the internet. Wassup??? HELP! Please.
