Something more robust than Netbasic.nlm

I need something more robust than netbasic.nlm for netware 5.
I need a utility that can let me make “if,then” statements (like DOS) at the server console. I am currently using toolbox.nlm to copy and delete files. However, this does not allow me to state NOT to delete a file IF certain files are missing, etc….
