Sonic Wall VPN question

I’m trying to configure a VPN with our Sonic Wall 3060 Enhanced. I can successfully connect from a remote location and get a local ip from our domain controller. The problem is that I can’t connect to anything at work.

Currently I am at home behind a Linksys router. I reconfigured it to use 172.16.x.x addresses is case that was the problem. What other things should I be looking at?
