I have small business customers that are starting to require firewalls because of T1, DSL and cable connections. I installed a SonicWall soho2/10 at one of my customers and have lost there internet connection. This customer has a T1 line with 8 static IP’s. The ISP gave me all the settings and has helped out a little but has shut me off after two days of trying without success. SonicWall’s tech support has been no help at all. They only have email support and I send 4 emails before I get aone or two sentence answer, no help! With only email support I have to go back to the office because the firewall isn’t working. The ISP change the router setting so the firewall could be setup.
This is just to let everyone know that you may want to think twice about buying a SonicWall product.
