Sony Vaio dead after bios upgrade.

I have a sony Vaio pcgfx370. It was working fine till yesturday when i flashed a bios upgrade from sony support page. After it created the floppy boot disk, it told me to restart and when it asked me if i wanted to upgrade the bios, i said yes and and the screen went blank. Now i turne it on and nothing seems to be working, only the power supply. I mean power light is on but not even the sony start screen shows up. Hd light doesnt turn on either. Cd rom opens but does not read cd’s. If anyone knows what i can do to fix this your help[ will be apreciated. thanks
