Sony Viao PCG-7G2L

I HAVE A SONY VIAO LAPTOP PCG-7G2L..WHATS GOING ON IS THAT It starts up and when windows starts to load it blue screens and shuts down. It will do this continually until you manually shut it down. What could be the problem and how do i fix it without spending an arm and a leg?
