Sony Xperia Z3 camera won’t work

Both the front and rear cameras are black on my Z3, was working perfect a week ago than one day I went to go take a picture and it was like the camera was blocked by something, it was black. I never dropped it or anything. I even reset the phone but it did nothing, can someone please help
