sony xperia z3 dual (d6633) black screen problem

hello..
my sony xperia z3 dual (d6633) shows black screen after display replacement…buyed 2 lcd’s from aliexpress and tried about 6 lcd’s from different brands local market…
all these displays shows the same black screen…but when the old display (original,broken) installed the display works normally (means shows home page and all and touch also works)….
so i would like to know what is the problem with the displays which i bought……
what cause the display to show only black screen…
