SP3 for XP on Polish OS

I have tried to install the same sp3 on a laptop with a polish OS (XP) and it fails saying that the service pack does not support the OS language.

Is there actually a polish (and other countries) version of the service pack? Strange thing is that the computer shows up on wsus but does not show up in the list of computers without SP3? HAs anyone come accross this before?
