Spam filter in exchange 200 server

i have deployed exchange 2000 server in our organisation and work fine but we are receiving a lot of spams.Can you please advice on how i can filter spam emails? i also want to add disclimer on inbound and outgoing emails but i dont how i can implement this.Please help
