Split hard disk after updating to Catalina and then back to Mojave

I updated to Catalina and after problems I returned back to Mojave. However, now I have two partitions instead of one, and I cannot get the drive to format back to a single partition, even when booting from my clone disk with Mojave. Can anyone help me?

My disk now shows:

OSX Disk
OSX Disk – Data
