Splititng Of Traffice

I have two different Traffic running in my organization one is VPN traffic and Other one is HTTP traffic… and we are having 6 MBPS of Bandwidth, I want to Route my Two different Traffic from Two Different Gateway of My ISP…..I had a talk with my ISP they said that they only can give you TWO fiber link of 3MBPS each…Routing I have to configure ….Can any body help me in this Can this be Possible…What should i do????
