Spool Backup

Hi All,

One of our cargo client using Hand held set to enter data. They can print consignment lable from that device but they will not get messeage that request printed or not. They connected to that printer throgu wireless network.

I looking for a solution that their print requests should go through our server in data center and print in target printer. Mean time we wants to keep spool backup of failed reports upto a week in server.

Advice if any one know the solution of it.
