when printing a crossword from USA today if I click on preferences in the print screen I get Run Time Error visual C++ C:\Program\windows\system32\spoolersv.exe his app requested run time to terminate unexp.. Then I get message Spooler sub app stopped working and has been closed. When I check the printer the center part of the page did not print the top and bottom did. Vista 32 bit
