Sprint Internet Card Instalation

I bought a Acer notebook and I have the sprint sierra internet card. every time i try to isntall the program its stay in the part that says nmea ports installing and it never finish the instalation process. I try with the program from the web page and its the same. If i try to plug the usb card it does not recognize the card. i know is not the ports becuse i try them with other usb. I went to the sprint store and one of the employes try to instal it directly it kinda work but when we turn on the computer the program was not intsall. Does anyone know whats happening?
