Sql 2005, pull subscriptions

I have an sql 2005 server in the office. I want to set up a hot spare in a building across town.

On the main sql server I have configured replication (transaction). How do I make the hot spare ‘see’ the main server in order to pull the updates?

I would like it to happen via ftp, and I have enabled that option on the main server.
