SQL 2005 Reporting Services

I am trying to get sign off from the business for a small RS install. They currently have another install, that I do not have access too, that they recon crashes every second day and the server has to be rebooted. As a result, I am having some difficutly getting sign off on another one. Has anyone seen, or heard of, instability in Reporting Services on SQL 2005 SP2 64bit??
