SQL 7.0 and Access 97

Need an Access 97 DB migrated to SQL 7. Running NT 4.0. Have a SQL 7 Server. What’s the best process for the programmer to start with? Will I need to load SQL 7.0 top her NT to build the DB or inport the Access DB to SQL 7.

What’s the drill and will I run into the chicken and the egg mystery of what should be installed first?
