SQL server agent

Hi Everyone,
Ive received the error message(pls see below).its looks like it was caused due to the maintenance plan but i can see the backup and transaction logs.Ive checked in Error log nothing obivious.i slso received the alert message”use too much log space ” through Argent._please advice and thanks in advance.the file size of the error log was 1.33MB
