SQL SERVER Error Syntax

My SQL7 was running normal until I have update SQL7 SP3 for the second time and it start to give problem with the error message below.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error ‘80004005’

[DBNMPNTW]Invalid connection.

/include\check.inc, line 7

I’m using IIS4 running under Windows 4.0 and using ASP for the Webpage.
If I restart my SQL7 it will only run one’s than the error message come back again.
Can anyone tell me what wrong and how to solve this problem?
