SQL SERVER load balncing…

Does SQL Server 2005 supports Load Balancing?

How can it possible to do load balancing among many servers instead of single server while a client do request? I think it may be called as CPU Load Balancing.

Please you seniour and experience persons guide me here, how to do SQL Server Load Balancing…..
