SQL Server Personal Edition

We have set up SQL Personal Edition and IIS on a – Toshiba 4600 Laptop using Win2000 Professional as our system platform.

We imported all SQL settings and data from our live system.

When we login to the SLQ database on the laptop we receive the following error message: Operation is not allowed when the object is open.

Is there any reason that we should not be able to use all of the above applications as described?

Does anyone have knowledge of the above stated error message and howto reslove this issue?
