SQL Server Replication

I have 2 Servers one of them is in the main Office and the other in the destination (A)
I need to receive the data from the Destination (A) to be in the main Office Server.
I have configerd The Main Office server as (Subscription) and The Destination Server (A) as (Publisher).
I start snapshot Replication and I found that the data in the main office server has been changed and I have lost the main office data and I have only the destination (A) data in the main office server
My question is:
How can I replicate the Destination Server Data In the main office server without losing the main office data?
