SQL Server Startup failure

When I installed SQL Server 7.0 on my NT 4.0 Server I was logged in as the administrator and I chose “NT Authentication” for the login. I change the password on my adminstrator account periodically and when I do the SQL Server will not start unlessI am logged in using the old password. Is there a way to correct this without having to reinstall SQL Server?
