SQL Sever

When I turn on my machine I get a message that says,— ” Your SQL Server installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with (Could not open SQLEVN70.RLL). Please uninstall then re-run setup to correct this problem.”— After I click the X box another message comes on, it reads as such. —“The procedure entry point GetProcessingImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.” — My question is, Can someone walk me thru the processes I need to correct these problems. I have a little knowledge about these things but I need some help with this one. I would appreciate it if someone would take the time to help me out with this. Thank you, Jack
