SQL vs. Filemaker

Can anyone give me a comprehensive comparison of the benefits and/or limitations of using either Filemaker Pro or SQL Server with VB within my real estate company?

The system will have 100 users with no more than 20 concurrent users at any time, and 5 or 6 separate departmental interfaces
tied to a central data store containing contact and property
information.
