SQL2000 and 2005 running on same server

I’ve installed sql2005 on a windows 2000 server. now the requirement is to install sql2000 also on the same server.

Would like to know if any have experienced any type of problem on having both sql on same server.

or what is ipmact on installing sql2000 on a running sql2005
