SQLDumper

I haven’t got all the details yet due to over the phone diagnosis (not like you can really do anything that way). Work is running a server with 2003 R2. One of the computers trying to access information saved on the server keeps getting this message (not word for word) “SQL Dumper Library failed to Load”.

I’ve done some research trying to find out exactly what it is online, but I’m only turning up instances where this happened on the server computer itself. If anyone could give me an answer or even point me in a right direction so that I can start off the right way.
