Sqlserver and Windows compatibility

In order to plan migrations I try to find the answer to this question : can Sqlserver 2000 be run in a windows 2003 R2 environnement (or in windows 2007 longhorn). I try to have a matrix compatibility to choose a migration order for all our IT system.
