SQOD: Basic Share Rights

I am migrating from File Share Server “A” to “B” and am struggling with the stupid question of the day (SQOD): Do I need to specifically assign ADMINISTRATORS full rights to a share? My testing shows I do not, but I’m assuming the historical setup was done for a reason (Admin assigned full).
