Squid Proxy

We have Squid + NTLM Authentication enabled for Active Directory integration on our server (A & B). It has been observed that when the Java Runtime Environment is installed in a machine, the user is frequently asked for username and password (Even though the user is logged in domain). The problem gets resolved when we completely uninstall the JRE.

however what can be solution if JRE is needed on the machine
