SSD finding tool in newsletters.

I posted a question here a couple of weeks ago but never received any response what so ever.
Sometime last year there was a TechRepublic Newsletter article concerning a well known SSD vendor’s website that had a tool or application that would scan my desktop pc and recommend the best SSD to fit my pc.
Can you please help me find the article?
