I recently updated the SSL Certificate for a secure website we host on our server with IIS.
The expired certificate works but is out of date, immediately upon removing the old certificate and installing the new one the website becomes inaccessible. The reverse is true when I reinstall the old certificate, website is normal.
Certificate was downloaded directly from Network Solutions, but as yet I cannot get a response from their tech support, only a case number. Any Help?

The SSL server credential’s certificate does not have a private key information property attached to it. This most often occurs when a certificate is backed up incorrectly and then later restored. This message can also indicate a certificate enrollment failure.
