Stalkerware/Spyware removal

Hello,

There is a hacker from Cyberdefense Department in Rajasthan India that has used metasploit (e.g kali) or something like that to make some stalkers know when I connect to the internet and spy on me.

I used Kaspersky, ESET and Malwarebyte, no virus or anything was found.

Anyone know how to detect it and how to prevent them from stalking?
